In 1988, they established the the first furnace equipment of galvanizing combusted by "Flat Flame Burner" in Taiwan and in the same year under research & improvement, they developed the first galvanizing kettle of which the life span is extended to over 5 years while before that galvanizing kettle had to be replaced once a year.
Since 1999, they have established many sets of equipment with the galvanizing furnace combusted by high velocity speed burners in Taiwan and in other countries as well; the dimension of the biggest galvanizing furnace among them was 16,000mm( L) x 1,850mm ( W) x 2,700mm (D). The efficiency of galvanizing furnace combusted by high velocity speed burners is higher than Flat Flame combustion, it saves more fuel and balances temperature in the kettle at any point. Options of combustion control can be proportional or pulse firing.
